My name is Sue Lowery and I am a RE/MAX Realtor in Central Alabama.
If you’ve found this page, you’re most likely looking to buy or sell a home, or buy or sell property.
I can help you with all that.
Buying a home can be a scary and complicated process, especially for first time home buyers. And that’s understandable — it’s a huge decision. What you need is someone to guide you (not steer you!), meaning that you need a Realtor who knows what to look out for.
Which brings me to my next point - I am present for every inspection. You can choose an inspector from the list of highly qualified and trusted inspectors I provide and then I walk through the house with the inspector and you in order to clarify things and answer any questions you might have about the home.
Why is this important? You should feel confident about the home you’re buying and sure about your choice to buy it. The decision to buy should be an educated choice, which means you should be 100% clear on the pros and cons of all your options.
I am here to encourage you to take your time so that you make the best decision for you, which means I will never rush you or pressure you to make a decision.
But know that once you’ve made the decision to purchase, I will expertly negotiate the close so that you get a great deal.
Here’s what you should ask yourself today (this is always the first question I ask home buyers): What monthly payment am I comfortable with? And does that number include all the taxes and fees associated with the home?
Once we’ve established this, and identified what you’re looking for in a home, I can send you frequent emails about houses you may like.
Again, it’s my job to guide you - not steer you - and to address any concerns you may have.
You’ll never be pressured into buying something you can’t afford. Or be forced to buy something you’re not in love with. I can help you prioritize what’s most important, decide when it’s smart to compromise, and factor how it all fits into your budget.
So although the process of buying a home might seem scary now, let me assure you that it doesn’t have to be.
Give me a call at (205) 368-1875 and let’s talk about what you’re looking for in a home and how I can help you find it.
Have you been asking yourself questions like these:
“Should we paint the house?"
“Should we rip up the carpet and put hardwood in?"
“Do we have to put granite countertops in the kitchen?"
Stop. Right now.
I have shown houses to hundreds and hundreds of people, so I can easily diagnose issues you might have when selling your home... and help you get it market-ready… without investing tons of money.
As your agent, I’m here to: get your home ready for market, identify issues that might impede a quick sell, guide you with how to make your home show the best, expertly negotiate offers, and close on terms you’re happy with.
I have over 21 years of experience in real estate, all of which have been with the same broker. I have a strong network of very trustworthy and top-notch attorneys and inspectors who you can count on, whether you’re buying or selling.
And, in addition to all of that, I’m:
Patient. So I’ll never pressure you to make a decision that’s not right for you and your family.
Responsive. I’m available day and night. You can count on a quick reply to an email or call.
Proactive. I’ll keep you updated on homes that meet your wants and fit your budget.
Knowledgeable. As a homeowner and Realtor with 21 years of experience in the area, I know a thing or two about what to look for in a home.
A RE/MAX Realtor. Remax is the #1 most productive real estate company in the world. Bottom line- we complete more transactions, have more agents, and have a higher customer satisfaction rating than any other real estate network out there. I stand behind RE/MAX because it’s a brand people can trust.
