You can choose an inspector from the list of highly qualified and trusted inspectors I provide and then I walk through the house with the inspector and you in order to clarify things and answer any questions you might have about the home.
Why is this important? You should feel confident about the home you’re buying and sure about your choice to buy it. The decision to buy should be an educated choice, which means you should be 100% clear on the pros and cons of all your options.
I am here to encourage you to take your time so that you make the best decision for you, which means I will never rush you or pressure you to make a decision.
But know that once you’ve made the decision to purchase, I will expertly negotiate the close so that you get a great deal.
Here’s what you should ask yourself today (this is always the first question I ask home buyers): What monthly payment am I comfortable with? And does that number include all the taxes and fees associated with the home?
Once we’ve established this, and identified what you’re looking for in a home, I can send you frequent emails about houses you may like.
Again, it’s my job to guide you - not steer you - and to address any concerns you may have.
You’ll never be pressured into buying something you can’t afford. Or be forced to buy something you’re not in love with. I can help you prioritize what’s most important, decide when it’s smart to compromise, and factor how it all fits into your budget.
